It’s a ‘secret’ many of us would like to be in on, wouldn’t you?
After years and YEARS of working on myself, and my skills and understanding of this universe, I can confidently say, wait for it, I know the secret!
Yes! And I’m about to let you in on it. Are you ready?
You see, it’s all down to how we feel about OURSELVES!
I know it’s not what you want to hear, but this it is what’s true.
The quicker we can accept that we are the CREATORS OF OUR OWN REALITY, the quicker we can change it into what we want it to be. The quicker we can adjust all of the things within it.
Doesn’t that sound incredible?
Knowledge is power. And knowledge that YOU are in control, is power on speed! We, ourselves, have the power to change things we do not like about our lives.
In order to truly tap into ourselves and what we are, who we really are, we need to slow down first. That is the only way. You will never grow and learn about yourself if you keep running and distracting and numbing.
This world was designed for us to lose ourselves, to forget who we are and the distractions are everywhere and they are more powerful and addictive than ever.

Which means you have to work THAT MUCH HARDER on switching off, coming back to yourself, to stillness, to your inner world. Because your inner world is your outer world too. But we have been led to believe the opposite to be true.
So, to get people to like you, you firstly have to like yourself. Simple! But here’s the catch. You have to not just like yourself on the good days, on the days you look and feel good, on the days you are your best self. It’s on the really really bad days too. On the days you feel awful. And there’s more. You have to like all of your ‘imperfections’ and ‘weaknesses’ too. I’ve put them in quotes, because they’re not really imperfections and weaknesses. They’re our QUALITIES. You see what I did there? Its that easy to shift your perspective.
Let’s practice some more;
What if your round tummy is actually what makes you cute and approachable and relatable?
What if your introverted personality is what’s actually most attractive about you?
What of your directness is something so many people would PAY to have?
What if your wrinkles make you look wise and knowledgeable?
What if your anger is actually a superpower, that when directed can be an amazing source of creativity and passion?
And don’t stop there! You could go on and on and on and on.
Possibilities are endless.
Go on.
I Dare you.
Make a list like this for yourself. Look at each line and truly love yourself for it.
See if you notice people treat you differently? HINT HINT – they will.
Love and light always,
Saule
