UNDERSTAND THE PROGRAMMING OF YOUR MIND

I saw this incredible quote by Doug Firebaugh recently, “The life you are living is simply a reflection of your thinking.”
I love this subject and so far I found it’s one of THEEE most effective tools for any type of subconscious healing. Let me dive into the why!

Remember that time you were playing a game and you were about to die, when the monster attacked you - you flinched and squealed and felt it in your body. You were nervous, your heart beat faster.
And that time you were watching a horror movie and you heard something in your kitchen and you jumped! But you’re not in the movie! Why did you react so strong?
Now think of a lemon, a juicy sour lemon in your mouth. Take a big bite into it and move it around your mouth. Can you feel it? Is the lemon real?
So what if I told you that just the same way, we can think of positive things. We can think of winning that race, learning to ski, finding love of your life, finding that dream job, BEING HAPPY.
And instead of constantly giving signs to our mind that we’re scared and unsafe, we say we’re FRIGGING amazing. We’re safe. We’re good, bro! Let’s relax into this feeling of content, happiness, ease, fulfilment.
How would your life look like if you did that EVERY DAY? Until it became a habit.
We all go through a subconscious programming during our life. From the day we’re born till the day we die we are constantly being programmed in specific ways. Think about it this way, when you’re born and are a baby – you have no fears, no worries, no self-worth issues. Right? So what’s different between then and now? Well. You’ve watched and listened to you parents’ beliefs and worries, you were programmed at school, you had a social circle that influenced your thinking and beliefs and then there’s TV Programs, Media, books, music etc etc. Do you get my point?
So you see, not everything that we have learnt and taken on as quote unquote 'our' beliefs are useful for us. In fact, many of our beliefs are actually hindering us from achieving success, finding love, and living a free happy life. It’s not our fault, it just is that way. Our subconscious prime job is to protect us, and if you’re doing something different from what you’re used to, your subconscious takes it as a threat and tries to protect you by pushing you back into your comfort zone. Now, we all know that the magic is right beyond your conform zone AND WHO WANTS TO BE COMFORTABLE ANYWAY, IT’S BORING! HAH
For Subconscious healing to take place, we need to be in a theta state brainwave. There are 4 states of brainwaves we are in during the 24 hours period – alfa and beta while we’re awake and theta and delta while we sleep. In fact, Theta brainwaves occur right before we fall asleep and right when we first wake up, but also, we do get into Theta brainwave state during the day too when we are in a trance or completely relaxed.
Hypnosis is getting into Theta brainwave state. Where you’re not asleep, you’re completely aware but you are in a deep state of relaxation. It’s a really peaceful place where you feel super safe and relaxed. Therefore, open to suggestions, and the suggestions are able to reach your subconscious bypassing your critical factor.
By bypassing your critical factor, the thinking mind, which is logical but not always helpful, we can address your deepest-rooted belief systems. Fears, insecurities, limiting thoughts all live there and rule your life. They can all be rewritten, through meditation, hypnosis, and neural pathways reprogramming.
